1. Club Meeting venues?

Suggestion: Rotating Roster of 3-4 times per year

2. Frequency & Time?

Suggestion: Fortnightly – Mondays? or 2nd & 4th monday?

3. Website ?

Hosted by 2thinknow? Question: How do we manage updates? Suggestion: Maybe we go entirely paperless

4. Themes & Speakers?

Suggestion: David Scott – rotating themes

Talking points: Speakers engage with audience, peers based discussion, flat not top down, emphasize collaboration

5. Life Members?

Suggestion: First 13 Founders life Members

6. Member Rules?

Suggestion: Adopted constitution framework from similar clubs

Discussion: How to ensure collaboration long-term, broad range of interests, prevent narrow interests (pitches) /bores!/problems seen in other groups?

Talking points: What checks & balances? Separate out ‘The Pitch’ aka Gruen. Shooting down ideas banned unless you say “Plus”, “Minus”, “interesting”? (aka Edward De Bono)? maybe a jester? All IDEAS welcome!

7. Sponsors?

Suggestion: 2thinknow to provide board-room for Monday June 15th 2009, proposed date meetup.

Discussion: Who can provide a venue? Depends on numbers? Anyone provide drinks & nibbles?

8. Fees?

Suggestion: None. Free. Or Gold-coin donation on entry to cover admin – those not working /students/free!?
